“Staff was amazing.”

“The staff were very attentive. I was celebrating my birthday while I was there. I ordered room service for breakfast and they even put a rose on my cart. Everyone at the Hard Rock Hotel was very enthusiastic about taking care of the guests.”

“The room was mostly clean when we checked in. The bathtub had (still has) a black goo in 2 corners. The entire room was musty smelling and I don't know if I got used to the stink or if it aired out. The staircase leading to the room had brackets on the railing where it had been clearly taken off (by force or other means is up for debate) and that was an uncomfortable feeling, especially with children being around. No coffee maker in the room, but with that weird "trend" of washing underroos in...

“The first room was a smoking room witch I asked for, it was extremely dirty It was filthy microwave fridge were nasty not clean the wall bordering was either gone or barely hanging on, the bed was never changed or at least cleaned smell was so bad, cockroach coming out the air conditioner, had to beg for another room!!!! They did finally move me but still”

“They were in flood zone when Hellen happened. Unfortunately room had a very strong smell, it bathroom I’ve seen the mold. Bedding and towels were clean but in general it wasn't pleasant feeling because of that strong smell”

“Was hit with an unexpected $50 deposit, the pool had no clean towels so I had to use my room towels to dry off after the pool, I wanted to take a shower so I went to the desk to get a clean towel and was told no and given a single hand towel instead... It's very hard drying off with a hand towel at 7 months pregnant. The ac in my room wouldn't stay on and it was really hot all night, then I get up to get breakfast 3 different times and the milk was empty every time and so were the eggs. I left...
